Your session with me is a sacred invitation to come home to your body—fully, freely, and without shame. To help create the most relaxed, pleasurable, and respectful experience possible, here are a few simple ways you can prepare:
Empty your bowels.
A relaxed belly helps the body feel more at ease and receptive to touch. Please allow yourself time to go to the bathroom before arriving.Douche as needed.
If your session includes sensual or erotic touch, or you simply want to feel extra fresh, a light douche can help you feel more relaxed and confident. Please do this at least an hour before your appointment to give your body time to settle. (Please ask me if you need guidance.)Take a shower.
Arriving clean is not just about hygiene—it’s also part of the ritual. A warm shower can help you arrive more fully in your body and begin to transition from the outside world into this sensual, sacred space. And you’ll smell and feel better. (I have a guest bathroom for clients so you’re welcome to shower here just before your massage).Avoid strong scents and smoking.
Please skip colognes, heavily scented body products, and avoid smoking right before the session. Clean, natural skin and breath allow for a deeper, more grounded connection.Arrive on time.
Give yourself time to breathe, settle in, and begin letting go of the day. There’s no rush here. This is your time.Bring an open heart and curious spirit.
