Terms & Conditions for Packages, Gift Certificates & Subscriptions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services, memberships, massage packages, and gift certificates offered by Men’s Bodywork by Trevor James (“Trevor James,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing a session, package, gift certificate, or membership, you (“Client,” “you,” or “member”) agree to these terms in full.

Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for your bodywork experience. We ask all clients to uphold this same level of care and professionalism during sessions and communications.

2. Services

Trevor James offers professional therapeutic and wellness services focused on massage, touch therapy, and holistic bodywork. All services are conducted by a trained professional in accordance with ethical standards of conduct.

Sessions may include therapeutic, sensual, or tantric elements, depending on the service booked, and are always guided by mutual consent, respect, and clearly established boundaries.

3. Membership Program – Trevor’s Touch & Wellness Club

3.1 Overview

Trevor’s Touch & Wellness Club is a monthly membership program providing clients with consistent, discounted sessions and exclusive benefits. Memberships auto-renew monthly until canceled.

3.2 Membership Options

Members may select one of the following tiers:

Nurture: 1 × 60-min session/month ($135)

Restore: 2 × 60-min sessions/month ($260)

Evolve: 4 × 60-min sessions/month ($500)

Indulge: 2 × 90-min sessions/month ($360)

Devotion: 4 × 90-min sessions/month ($700)

3.3 Billing & Payment

• Membership dues are automatically charged monthly via the payment method on file.

• Membership renews on the same date each month.

• Prices include all applicable taxes and fees.

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing for your chosen plan.

3.4 Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be booked through the official booking system or directly with Trevor James.

• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session.

• Members may schedule up to two months in advance.

3.5 Session Rollover Policy

• Unused sessions roll over for one additional month.

• After that, sessions expire and cannot be refunded or credited.

3.6 Membership Pausing

• Members may pause their membership once per calendar year for up to two consecutive months.

• To pause, submit a written request at least 7 days before your next billing date.

3.7 Gifting or Transferring

• Members may gift one session per year to another adult (18+).

• Sessions are non-transferable beyond this allowance, non-refundable, and may not be resold.

3.8 Termination

• Memberships may be canceled at any time after the initial 3-month period by written notice.

• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds are not provided for unused sessions after cancellation.

3.9 Perks & Benefits

• 10% off add-ons, private coaching, and workshops.

• Invitations to exclusive member-only events.

• Complimentary 30-minute birthday upgrade.

4. Massage Packages

4.1 Overview

Massage packages allow clients to purchase multiple sessions at a discounted rate. Packages are designed to encourage regular self-care and deeper therapeutic results over time.

4.2 Terms

• Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Sessions within a package expire 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being deducted from the package balance.

• Packages cannot be combined with membership discounts or other promotions.

5. Gift Certificates

5.1 Overview

Gift certificates are available for individual sessions or custom amounts and may be purchased online or in person.

5.2 Terms

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

• Certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

• They may be transferred to another recipient once, provided written consent from the purchaser.

• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.

• The certificate holder must be 18 years of age or older to redeem.

• Gift certificates may not be combined with promotional discounts unless explicitly stated.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

• Missed or late-canceled appointments will be charged in full or deducted from the applicable package or membership.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client’s appointment, with no adjustment in rate.

7. Refunds & Credits

• All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for sessions, packages, memberships, or gift certificates.

8. Conduct & Boundaries

• All sessions are conducted in a professional and respectful environment.

• Any inappropriate behavior, sexual misconduct, or breach of consent will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in permanent dismissal as a client.

• Trevor James reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates professional boundaries or behaves in a disrespectful manner.

9. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose relevant health information prior to each session.

• Please reschedule if you are ill or have been exposed to contagious conditions.

• Trevor maintains the right to reschedule or refuse service if a client presents a health risk.

10. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge that massage and bodywork are not substitutes for medical care. You release Trevor James from any liability for injury or condition that arises during or after your session, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes. Client information is never sold or shared with third parties without consent.

12. Agreement & Acceptance

By booking, purchasing, or redeeming any session, membership, package, or gift certificate with Men’s Bodywork by Trevor James, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• Voluntarily agree to all policies contained herein.

• Authorize recurring payments (if applicable) and acknowledge responsibility for your account.
